Position Responsibilities

• Assist customers over phone calls and emails with managing their accounts and resolving outstanding balances.
• Document customer financial status and collection efforts.
• Provide superior service to customers and other departments including the Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service, and Sales teams.
• Review department processes and recommend workflow improvements.
