The Director of AR is responsible for ramping up AR Operations. This role ensures the seamless transition of AR work from Global Partners while continuously improving outcomes through best practices, automation, and people management. The Director will build a strong AR team at all levels to ensure the quality and productivity of operations meet best-in-class standards
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Build and Execute AR Strategy –
- Ensure front-end processes are well-defined so claims are paid in full by payers and AR balances are minimized wherever possible.
- Oversee the timely resolution of claims with balances and design teams to manage spikes while keeping backlogs within permissible limits.
- Plan AR operations at the practice level based on the DDIE (Discover-Design-Implement-Execute) framework.
