Accounts Receivable Clerk

This Accounts Receivable Clerk position will be responsible for all Wire/ACH, check, and credit card processing and posting. This position will be responsible for creating customer product, tax, and freight credits. This position requires excellent attention to detail, communication and research skills, as well as the ability to provide detailed explanations for customer payments. This position will assist Accounts Receivable (AR) Customer Master data maintenance, ensuring tax withholding certificates are current for each customer, as well as assisting with month end, quarter end, and year end close processes as required.

Primary Duties

+ Working knowledge of ERP systems and the Accounts Receivable function as well as foundational understanding of debits and credits as they relate to Accounts Receivable.

+ Posting all customer Wire/ACH, check, and credit card payments timely and accurately.
