Accounts receivable clerk (remote)

Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Mexico
Reports To: Procure-to-Pay Director

Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Specialists support the Procure-to-Pay function within a fast-moving transportation and logistics environment. This role will help ensure accurate, timely processing of vendor and carrier invoices and payments. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the position partners closely with cross-functional teams to maintain service reliability and clean and reliable financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

● Process and validate invoices from carriers and vendors, ensuring accuracy in rates, accessorials, freight charges, and contract alignment.
● Review invoices for proper approvals and compliance with company policies
