A family-owned consumer products company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join its accounting department. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the overall success of the accounting team.

Responsibilities

Receivables Processing

+ Generate customer invoices and statements

+ Apply daily cash receipts and electronic payments

+ Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies

+ Process credit memos and account adjustments

+ Communicate with customers regarding invoice questions

Accounting Support

+ Maintain organized financial records

+ Assist with monthly account reconciliations

+ Support audit preparation and reporting requests

+ Collaborate with the AP and billing teams to improve accounting processes
