Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Collections Analyst II to join our Shared Services Team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for Research and conduct in-depth analysis of unpaid or underpaid claims and identify root causes and drive resolution strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support resolution of past-due payer balances Research and conduct in-depth analysis of unpaid or underpaid claims and identify root causes (denials, processing issues, contract discrepancies) and drive resolution strategies Serve as a primary point of contact and work with payer representatives to follow up on outstanding balances Document collection activity, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate account notes Analyze aging reports and proactively prioritize accounts based on risk and value and drive collection performance Assist in identifying trends in non-payment, recommend corrective actions, and e...
