Accounts Payable Team Lead — Lead, Optimize & Resolve

Syntax Systems Ltd. in Mexico City is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage the AP invoice flow, input invoices, and prepare payments across US, Canada and Mexico. The role requires high attention to detail due to a large vendor base.

You will work with AP analysts, interns, project managers, and controllers; ensure W-9s, manage year-end 1099, and handle Concur reimbursements and SAP entries.
