An organization in the out skirts of Downtown Pittsburgh is in need of a temporary with a chance of hire Accounts Payable Specialist.
The position Accounts Payable Specialist position is ON-SITE.
Hours are flexible after the training.
Parking is free
Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
+ Processes invoices, for approval and distribution
+ Performs data entry of payables transactions in the accounting system
+ Prepares checks and reports
+ Mails checks upon receipt of all required signatures
+ Serves as backup for other divisions’ payables
+ Performs manual filing when needed, including the filing of original invoices
+ Manages accounting records to ensure information is organized and accurately maintained
+ Posts and processes cash receipts for daily deposits
