Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to support daily payment operations and help maintain accurate financial records for our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will handle invoice review, payment preparation, and account reconciliation while helping ensure expenses are processed correctly and on time. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced accounting environment.

Responsibilities:
• Examine vendor invoices and related backup documents to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance before processing.
• Confirm that each invoice includes the proper approvals and general ledger coding prior to entry into the accounting system.
• Perform three-way matching by comparing invoices, purchase orders, and receiving records to validate payable transactions.
