We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Accounts Payable & Inventory Specialist to support our accounting and operations team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Accounts Payable, inventory accounting, and QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop, particularly within inventory-based environments.
Pay Rate $27Location: Sun ValleyStatus: This is a two-week temporary positionHours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable processes Enter and process vendor invoices accurately and timely manner Review and classify invoices related to inventory, landed costs, and general operating expenses Determine which costs should be allocated to inventory items versus posted to G&A expense accounts Maintain inventory accounting records, including number tracking Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop inventory functions daily
