Accounts Payable Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience to manage the company's accounts payable function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and supporting month-end closing activities. The candidate should be able to work independently under limited supervision, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payment in accordance with company policies. Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documentation. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies or payment issues.
