We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to support accounts receivable operations and help maintain accurate financial records for the Jefferson, Louisiana location. • Manage monthly invoicing activities and help ensure customer billing is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Review financial entries, supporting records, and coded transactions to confirm correctness, completeness, and proper account assignment.
• Investigate incoming cash receipts and record payments accurately within the accounting system, including Great Plains and related tools.
