Description We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team in Holland, Michigan on a Contract basis. This role supports daily financial operations by overseeing payables, receivables, reconciliations, and related recordkeeping while also providing administrative assistance connected to payroll timekeeping and HR coordination. The ideal candidate brings strong QuickBooks experience, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee incoming invoices, confirm appropriate approvals, and coordinate timely payment processing for vendors.
• Administer customer billing activities, record incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding balances to support healthy cash flow.
