Opportunity Description
Salary Range (but Not Limited To): $87,200 – $106,600 annually.
Annual Bonus Target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance).
10% bonus potential.
Share plan & other savings: up to 12% of salary or more (ask how you could earn guaranteed income for life).
Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) – Intact matches 50% of your net shares.
Pension offerings provide flexibility and long‑term security, including a defined benefit pension plan offering guaranteed income for life.
Salary for the candidate will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to the role, internal equity, etc. The range above is based on a 35‑hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles.
