Accounting Manager (Xico)

We are looking for an Accounting Manager in Mexico to lead the company’s accounting function.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Control and Financial Close: Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements (CNSF); validate insurance accounting criteria (premiums, reserves, claims) and oversee critical reconciliations.
• Group and Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and validate reporting to the Group (IFRS) and CNSF (Regulatory Reports and Indicators); ensure timely and accurate submission of all required financial regulatory deliverables to the Commission; ensure consistency between local and Group books, including clear explanations and reconciliations of variances (local GAAP vs IFRS bridge).
