Accounting Manager

This role will lead a team of nine, own the month‑end close, drive financial reporting, and help shape our accounting infrastructure. If you thrive in complex, fast‑moving environments and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump in at the task level, we want to hear from you. This is a Vancouver‑based hybrid position, with some in‑office work required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, supervise and develop a team of 5 senior accountant direct reports and 4 staff
• Manage chart of accounts and general ledgers, ensuring accuracy and appropriate controls over accounting transactions; ensure appropriate mapping of new accounts within financial statements line items
• Review and approve transactions, working papers and reconciliations prepared by the accounting team
