Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports
Manage and mentor a small accounting team, fostering growth and accountability
Oversee internal controls, compliance, and audit preparation
Collaborate with leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Work with external partners to ensure tax and regulatory compliance across regions
