Accounting ManagerPosition Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable & Credit Specialist to support our accounting team by managing customer invoicing, cash applications, collections, credit reviews, and account maintenance. This individual will play a key role in ensuring timely customer payments, maintaining accurate financial records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
The ideal candidate has experience in accounts receivable, collections, and customer account management, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Experience with ERP/accounting systems and strong Excel skills are highly desired.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable
+ Generate and distribute customer invoices based on daily shipments.
+ Apply and post customer payments, including ACH, wire transfers, checks, and credit card transactions.
