Accounting Administrator (Part time)
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Accounting Administrator to support finance and administrative operations within a Calgary-based organization.
This role is ideal for a versatile qualified who can manage full-cycle accounting while contributing to overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow monitoring
- Perform bank reconciliations, expense management, and maintain fixed asset records
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried employees
- Maintain accurate financial and personnel records in compliance with company policies
- Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with back-office operations, including HR functions
