Accounting and Finance Intern

Job Details

Hybrid: at least 4x RTO in a month (may change depending on team meetings, company gatherings, etc.). Schedule: 3:00PM – 7:00PM. The internship program lasts ~12 weeks (early June – late September).

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
• Perform required monthly balance sheet reconciliations, researching and resolving variances.
• Monitor daily cash activities.
• Consolidation and intercompany elimination process and investigation.
• Support month‑end close activities.
• Perform basic reconciliations and sanity checks on financial data.
• Provide SEC reporting support – 10‑Ks, 10‑Qs, earnings releases, benefit plans, and government surveys.
• Support preparation of reports with data from various systems (e.g., Excel, OneStream).
