Accountant - People Manager

What can you expect? You will be responsible for a portfolio of complex clients managing the day-to-day activities of various captive insurance companies and other clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements in an accurate and timely manner, including supplemental financial information required by the client.
• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients so that you become the main point of contact for all client inquiries and questions.
• Familiarize yourself with international clients and their respective rules and regulations.
• Reconcile cash and investment accounts. Prepare bank deposits and cash disbursements.
• Organize and complete the annual audit for clients, including preparation of regulatory filings and GAAP financial statements.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance processes and procedures are followed for local accounting and financial reporting.
