Ubisoft Milan is looking for an Accountant to join our Accounting and Cost Controlling Team. In cooperation with the Accounting & Cost Control Manager the new resource will be involved in all daily accounting and financial operations of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensuring the processing (SDI) and accounting entries about third parties invoices, VAT treatmentQuarterly submission of LIPE. Monthly IntrastatProviding data for VAT return declarationProviding data for annual tax certification for independent contractorsPayroll Entries as well as monthly reconciliation of related GL accounts (social charges, tfr)Quarterly reconciliation between invoices recorded and invoices received via SDIRecording of bank transactions and Monthly Bank/Credit Card ReconciliationMonthly accruals and provision to ensure costs are correctly allocated as per accounting principles
