Accountant

Job purpose:    The Accountant assumes a pivotal role within our accounting department, taking on increased responsibilities in financial accounting and reporting processes.

With a focus on optimizing efficiency and accuracy, this position contributes to the development and implementation of accounting strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth trajectory.  Duties and responsibilities:  Coordinate with Accounts Payable clerk, including verifying accuracy of vendor invoices and employee expenses.   Prepare and file sales tax and GST return for Canada.  Prepare biweekly cash flow reports to monitor cash on hand, assist in the projection of cash inflows and outflows and propose transfers to address cash demands.  Assist Accounts Receivable activities, including client onboarding, reviewing of ...
