Accountant (AR & Inventory) - EAST/ Pharma #HHL

Pay: Up to $6,000
Location: Ubi

Duration: 6 months or longer
Work hours: Monday - Friday, office hours

Job Scope:

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) - billing, collections, reconciliation
• Perform inventory reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Manage month-end closing and balance sheet schedules
• Support full set of accounts (AP/GL where required)
• Handle high-volume transactions and ensure data accuracy
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, auditors, and vendors

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Accountancy or related
• Strong experience in AR and reconciliation
• Exposure to inventory / stock reconciliation preferred
• Proficient in Excel (macros is a plus)
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
