**Your Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate sub-projects within the broader finance project team members and country and regional peers of the ESPHORA program
+ Develop a standardized status reporting framework for Account-to-Report and related finance teams
+ Prepare, conduct, and debrief of project workshops
+ Timely address problems and escalations to Project Lead Finance AtR
