Account Officer - Housing Loans

The Housing Loans Account Officer is responsible for generating housing loan sales, developing and maintaining client relationships, and guiding borrowers through the loan application process. The role focuses on achieving annual targets for loan applications, approvals, and bookings while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company and regulatory requirements. The officer works closely with clients, developers, brokers, and internal teams to facilitate timely and efficient loan processing.

Qualifications

• Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in housing loan processing, sales, or related financial service
• Strong knowledge of housing loan products and procedure
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
• Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales target
