Job Summary
The Account Manager plays an important role in the team, by working directly with clients and is responsible for originating and renewing mortgages. The Account Manager will also generate leads through a variety of sales channels and handle customer service-related transactions.
Responsibilities
- Maximize the retention of MCAN Home’s existing clients via renewals, early renewals, conversions, refinances, or new purchase transactions
- Monitor retention results to ensure renewal retention targets are met, exceeded or if below target, determine a strategy to improve results
- Regular communication with management to discuss deals/market intel/escalations to improve client retention
- Prepare loans coming up for maturity for underwriting
- Liaise with MCAN Servicing in all related client inquiries/questions
