Opportunity Description
The Account Manager will be in charge of the following responsibilities :
- Manage and develop sales performance of AkzoNobel product portfolio across assigned retail accounts
- Build strong relationships with store managers and category decision-makers
- Analyze in-store performance and identify growth opportunities
- Optimize product assortment, visibility, and shelf positioning
- Propose and implement commercial and promotional actions based on data analysis
- Execute centrally negotiated agreements at store level
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Customer Support, KAM, Sales)
- Monitor results and ensure responsive follow-up on client needs and opportunities
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position in B2B sales
