Opportunity Description

The Account Manager will be in charge of the following responsibilities :


  • Manage and develop sales performance of AkzoNobel product portfolio across assigned retail accounts

  • Build strong relationships with store managers and category decision-makers

  • Analyze in-store performance and identify growth opportunities

  • Optimize product assortment, visibility, and shelf positioning

  • Propose and implement commercial and promotional actions based on data analysis

  • Execute centrally negotiated agreements at store level

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Customer Support, KAM, Sales)

  • Monitor results and ensure responsive follow-up on client needs and opportunities






  • Minimum 2 years in a similar position in B2B sales
