What you'll be doing:

Managing a portfolio of key client accounts
Building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders
Ensuring service levels and client expectations are consistently exceeded
Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Customer Service
Producing account reviews and performance reports
Managing customer queries and escalations
Driving continuous improvement across the customer journey
