The ideal candidate supports the execution of sales and renewal activities by managing the RFR process end-to-end while adhering to established timelines and best practices. They assist with standard sales and renewal functions, including administration, negotiations, presentations, pricing, and validation of products, benefits, and services. This individual ensures the successful implementation of negotiated terms by coordinating contracts, pricing, and membership accounting activities. They are proactive in identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and improve retention. The role is remote, requiring residency in the Eugene/Springfield (Lane County) area, with occasional travel to Kaiser Permanente or customer sites as needed.
