Account executive

This role involves working closely with Only Fans models operating in a sensitive, adult-adjacent digital content environment .

You will be:

Supporting Only Fans models on a personal and emotional level , not just operationally Managing high-intensity conversations around performance, pressure, boundaries, and wellbeing Acting as both Client Success and a steady, emotionally mature support figure for models

This requires:

Comfort engaging professionally with explicit or sexualised content The ability to remain calm, discreet, and non-judgemental at all times

This is not a traditional corporate client success role.
