Opportunity Description

1. Handle daily accounting tasks using accounting software available, including AP/AR, invoicing, general ledger and journal entries.

2. Liaison person with external for all related matter on AP/ AR.

3. Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.

5. Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

6. Perform bank reconciliation.

7. Manage company expenses, staff claims and ensure proper documentation & filing.

8. Check and respond to finance related emails in a timely and professional manner.

9. Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external consultants.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations and tax requirements.

11. Maintain HR documentation including employees records, contracts and staff tracking.
