Position Summary

Account Director – Retail & Food Manufacturers (Scarborough, ON – hybrid work)

Lead business development to retailers and food manufacturers, building a strong pipeline, converting strategic opportunities, and partnering cross‑functionally to deliver differentiated, customer‑centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build new business and open doors in untapped markets, driving Griffith’s growth strategy.
• Identify, pursue, and secure strategic customers that drive meaningful business growth.
• Influence commercial strategy by providing customer, market, and competitive insights.
