Account Director: Renewal, Expansion & Exec Partnerships

Insider One in Mexico City is seeking an Account Director to lead renewals, manage executive stakeholders, and drive expansion and monthly recurring revenue through successful contract negotiations.

You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers, conduct Business Reviews, and nurture sponsor relationships to align Insider One product suites with client needs, while guiding upsell opportunities and ensuring top-tier customer experience.
