Responsibilities
- Support Marketplace seller payout within given SLA, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with corporate policies and statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with experience team, finance, and operations teams to resolve seller-related inquiries and concerns.
- Support coordination with banks, Cross‑Border Team, AIDC and other internal and external parties for deposits, payments, adjustments and reconciliations.
