Academic Director

As an Academic Director, you will work directly under the VP Academic to spearhead the coaching and development of the ACE UBC team. This role is highly hands‑on, requiring you to assist in preparing slide decks, conducting in-depth case analysis, and running short drills or exercises to sharpen our delegates' skills. Additionally, the Director will train to compete at the ACE Nationals Case Competition and Conference in Toronto (January 2027). Throughout the term, you will develop core business skills by actively participating in weekly training sessions featuring structured lessons, mock competitions, and personalized feedback.
