Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities Installation: Safely mount units, connect refrigerant lines, and wire electrical components for split, window, package AC units and VRF. Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Use multimeters, manifold gauges, and leak detectors to identify electrical, mechanical, or refrigerant issues. Maintenance: Execute preventive measures like washing coils, cleaning filters, clearing drain lines, and checking system pressure. Repairs: Replace faulty compressors, fan motors, capacitors, and printed circuit boards (PCBs), or braze and patch leaks. Documentation: Log service records, parts usage, and customer approvals via dispatch or CRM software. Qualifications & Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent, combined with a certified vocational HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
