Abatement / Environmental / Restoration Coordinator (Toronto)

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning, Scheduling & Execution
   Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting timelines based on site conditions, emergency response requirements, and client needs.
   Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, including emergency response services related to fire, flood, mould, asbestos, and environmental hazards.
   Ensure projects are completed in accordance with scope, specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
2. Site Supervision & Operations
   Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements.
   Supervise and support crews performing mould remediation, asbestos abatement, demolition, environmental cleaning, and restoration services.
   Coordinate subcontractors, technicians, suppliers, and equipment to maintain workflow and productivity.
