Job Scope
- Support IT infrastructure and system implementation projects within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Perform Change Control Impact Assessments for IT-related activities.
- Assist in Operational Technology (OT) network and server implementation.
- Configure and deploy validated workstations, including system imaging and user access setup.
- Perform system cloning, restoration, backup configuration, and workstation setup.
- Configure network connectivity, OneDrive/Cloud drive mapping, and user accounts.
- Implement backup solutions (e.g. Acronis) and ensure data integrity requirements are met.
- Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues while ensuring compliance with GMP and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects and operational activities.
