Neelands is hiring 313A Refrigeration and HVAC Service Apprentices and Journeymen.

Work Hours

Weekdays 7:30am – 5:30pm with availability for on‑call and after‑hours service calls.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and perform scheduled maintenance and repairs for refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in equipment such as CO₂ racks, condensers, evaporator fans, glycol racks, and expansion tanks.
• Confirm systems are functioning properly after repairs.
• Maintain detailed records and update the team on assignment status.
• Provide recommendations and assist the estimator with quote information.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers or clients.
• Maintain service vehicle inventory and cleanliness.
