We are seeking an experienced 2nd Mate Officer who will report to the Master and Chief Officer. You will act as the vessel's designated Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and proper maintenance of all navigational instruments. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the upkeep of all lifesaving and fire-fighting equipment
• Manage and maintain wheelhouse equipment, charts, and publications
• Direct crew assignments and duties effectively
• Oversee the safe embarkation and disembarkation of passengers and vehicles
• Inspect and report deficiencies in navigational equipment
