Assignment: Full-time 1.0 FTE temporary replacement Student Success Coach position Duties to commence August 26, 2026 and will continue for the remainder of the 2026/2027 school year Roles & Responsibilities: The High School Student Success Coach Program in Wolf Creek Public Schools focuses on: Relationships and Mentoring Meeting at minimum monthly with each First Nations, Metis and Inuit student in the school Advocate for First Nations, Metis and Inuit student voice Celebrate First Nations, Metis and Inuit students Organize events and build a schedule that reflects opportunities for connections, belonging, and relationships (clubs, groups). May monitor (in collaboration with school administration) attendance and academic performance. Culture Assisting elder’s programming within the designated schools; chaperoning students to and from allotted time slots for each class or individual meetings, accommodating elders by bringing them tea or water.
