26-42 Business Partner, Internal Communications and Engagement

The Opportunity

The Business Partner, Internal Communications and Engagement will collaborate across the organization to craft clear and engaging internal communication campaigns for a wide range of audiences. These messages may include sensitive or confidential employee matters, to larger organizational initiatives employee issues and organizational changes, with a focus on creating engaging and informative channels of communication.

As a part of the engagement team, you will encourage the cultural values of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) within your internal communications and employee engagement strategies.

This role works cross‑functionally with all departments including the Lead Executive Officer, Executive team, HR, Operations, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Client Experience, and Project management to identify strategic opportunities of growth and development.
