Position: Nuclear Engineering Specialist - Shutdown Assessment
Location: Darlington, ON (On-site)
Structure : Contract 12 months to start
Pay: $95.00 - $100.00 p/h inc. + HST

Deliverables

• Assess, review, and validate Vacuum Building Outage (VBO) and Vacuum Building Inspection (VBI) work scopes, plans, procedures, and execution strategies to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant outage delivery.
• Perform risk assessments, task evaluations, operational reviews, and performance monitoring activities to identify potential issues and support successful outage execution across all four Darlington units.
• Support outage planning, scheduling, work package reviews, and readiness activities, ensuring work is properly defined, sequenced, and aligned with station and regulatory requirements.
