24/7 FNOL Claims Agent – Vehicle & Home Help

Link-Worldwide is looking for a FNOL Cabin Agent in Mexico City to provide immediate support to policyholders following vehicle or home incidents. This role is key in our 24/7 Contact Center team, ensuring swift assistance and quality service.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer support experience and basic knowledge of insurance processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook, is also required.
