24/7 Family-Home Care Entrepreneur (80% Ownership)

Overview

We are looking for motivated professionals to act as entrepreneurs in the role of family home parents. In this position you will provide 24/7 support and upbringing for children and young people in a homelike environment and will recruit and hire part‑time staff into your own company. You will operate as an independent entrepreneur within the family home operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support and upbringing for children and young people in a homelike environment.
• Recruit and hire part‑time staff into your own company.
• Operate independently as an entrepreneur within the family home operation.
• Ensure care and upbringing adhere to the child’s best interests, carried out by two adults.

Qualifications
