1x monitoring and evaluation (m&e) supervisor

Purpose of the Role

The M&E Supervisor will support the effective implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities for the Adolescent and Young People (AYP) HIV prevention programme in Bojanala Sub-District. Reporting to the M&E Officer, the role involves providing oversight to the data management team, ensuring quality data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting in line with Global Fund (GF) and programme requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities Support planning, coordination, and implementation of M&E activities to track programme performance. Oversee daily data collection, validation, and reporting from programme teams across the sub-district. Ensure full and effective use of biometric and electronic data management systems, including staff mentoring. Support Data Quality Officers in conducting 100% data verification and validation.
